Christina Maser Peach Basil Jam with Lemon, 8oz
Christina Maser believes in using fruit that's fresh and local. With this in mind, when making jams, they work with each fruit as it comes into season in our area. In June they are making strawberry jams and by late August, they are starting on the peaches. There is a downside to the way they produce their jams; when one variety sells out, it's gone until the next growing season. The upside; you know the jam was made when the fruit was at its peak. All of their jams (even the pepper jams) are great on everything from basic bread and beyond. All fruits and peppers are purchased fresh from local (Lancaster County, PA) farmers. All herbs are either grown on premise or purchased from local farmers that they know and trust. 14 servings per jar.
