Wild Flour Bakery, Ciabatta Rolls
Translated from Italian, Ciabatta means “slipper”- a reference to the the low, flat shape of these rolls. WF Ciabatta has a medium crust, slighly lighter than the Pugliese Rolls with a similar large hole interior. A little sour starter is added along with yeast yielding a subtle tang that compliments all sorts of sandwich ingredients. Filled and pressed they make for an incredible panino.
Ingredients: King Arthur Special Spring Patent Flour, sour starter, yeast, extra virgin extra virgin olive oil, water, fine sea salt
